What clients usually want to know before a first call.

Yes. Projects run remotely, by video call and written updates, in English or French. Call times are planned around your time zone.

Most common ones: email (Gmail, Outlook), spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel), CRMs and ERPs such as Pipedrive, HubSpot or Odoo, and accounting tools. If a tool can be reached by email or through an API, it can usually be connected. I confirm what is possible during the first call.

No. By default, every outgoing email, reminder or document waits for your approval. You decide later if some low-risk tasks can run on their own.

Your agent can run on a dedicated server hosted in the European Union. Some AI models are reached through external providers, so we choose the setup together based on how sensitive your data is.
